My  Nendoroid Drossel is due to arrive next month too. I’ve also bought something else.. but I’ll keep that a secret until it arrives. So many games so little time and money… I hope I don’t max out my credit card or I’m going to be in trouble.

Aiya… Oh, one more thing. Uncharted 2 is really awesome. I’m having a blast with the multiplayer even though I suck at it.

3 hats in 3 days. What can I say? Valve likes me? The server I got all 3 on it’s on fire? I dunno. No less then 15 minutes ago I picked up a Spy hat. Pretty delighted that out of the 7 hats I have, finally Valve give me one for a class I play.

So, I finally got a chance to play DJ Hero the other day. It just happened to be on display at BestBuy while I was looking for Demon’s Souls. So, being a fan of rhythm games (and having an interest in picking it up), I had to try it out. And much to my surprise, the game is actually really hard.

The demo I played on only had 3 songs with 3 difficulties: easy, medium, and hard. The game also had a tutorial and a co-op mode (which I played with some little kid). Played my first set of songs on medium, wasn’t too bad, but I noticed problems right away with the effects switch or w/e the fuck you call it. In order to hit the notes on the side, you slide a… slider to the left or right. Now, by design, I figured it would be spring loaded, returning to the center when you let go: not so much. Manually searching for center was more of a task then trying to slide the fucking thing, resulting in missed notes. By the end of the set, I had finally gotten used to it, so I moved on to Hard. And holy fuck.

While not impossible, the fucking switch not going back to the middle was the death of me, more so then my shattering wrist. Maybe it was the angle of the setup, but the way that you play the turn table and the necessary pressure needed to do the scratching leaves a shooting pain. It is less of a natural angle then that for guitar. Hard required even more movements of the slider, which lead me to feeling as if I were going to rip the damn thing off. Random flailing for spikes, I felt bad for the piece of plastic. Maybe the thing did have springs to begin with, but I can see how they’d break quickly.

Nevertheless, I still enjoyed it, to some extent, at least it’s something different. The game has potential, but I don’t see the controller making it to expert. That and I hate the fucking music, but that was to be expected. /2cents

So word of mouth has begun to spread that this is my new home and some of my older blog readers have found me here. I guess this would be a good place to clear things up and explain why I was permanently banned. I would appeal to Chode about my ban, but since the administrators and support don’t care (I still think whoever was behind the desk at support was fired), I’m pretty sure he really doesn’t care either. God already told me no because “Most of the mods hate you”. It’s funny how you can be removed for doing no wrong just because the mod team dislike you. But anyway! The bullshit reason as to why I was banned after the jump.

So there you have it. I was  permanently banned for breaking no rules, having no previous warnings (I wasn’t warned before hand at all. That’s what’s known as “lying” and something to put on the ban report), and due to Dray hating me because he’s completely incompetent and an immature little fool. But you guys already knew he was. Frankly, if they had indeed had enough of it then they should of, ya know, STOPPED SUCKING AS MODS. It’s immature staff like Dray and the idiot flaming fanboys why places like IGN, Kotaku, Destructoid, ScrewAttack and others think GT is worthless. I praise the main staff for keeping such an awesome website running and constantly updated, and I will admit I met some very awesome people there, but overall, most of the community is completely worthless. If you’ve stumbled across this and feel like signing up at GT, I suggest avoiding the main forums like the plague and joining some factions instead.

So now that’s out of the way, Sankaku child molestation news. Hurrah!

A female teacher has admitted to sexually assaulting young boys and girls many as a hundred times, with most of her targets being aged 4-7.

The 46-year-old teacher, a resident of Grimsby in the UK, was arrested in early 2009 after staff treating her for mental health problems became suspicious.

It soon emerged that over the past 17 years the woman had repeatedly engaged in sexual activity with small children in public toilets around the city, with the woman admitting to a hundred or so offences, committed on a small number of children mostly aged from 4 to 7.

It seems her job as teacher saw her working with much older adult students who she is not suspected of molesting, though evidently this did not stop her pursuing her interests extramurally.

She has been convicted of six charges and faces a lengthy prison term when sentenced.

One more thing, because I never got around to showing Fry this. I picked up Mini Ninjas a few weeks ago when it was released here and since I always go to GAME for my stuff, they gave me a free figure. He looks pretty bad ass sitting on my desk next to my Drossel.

So the first Bakemonogatari disc is selling well. Blu-ray and DVD sales amounted to 44,000 in their first week. Knocking K-ON! down to second with only 41,000. You can pick up the first disc Blu Ray now over at Play-Asia for the low low price of $80.

Yet another example of the growing K-On trend: buying instruments and never touching them. At least it looks like he’s made an attempt to play piano. That aside, I’m not sure how he functions on a regular basis. Waking up every morning in such a moegasm environment would give me a headache @_@
